I’m not a mindfulness professional, but a dedicated practitioner. After completing an 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course with an accredited trainer, I’m excited to incorporate these practices into my daily life, especially in my role as a mother. I want to share them with you!

I do not like the word “obedient”. Although not necesarily negative, for me personally, it has a negative connotation. I do prefer to use words such as: collaborative (or not, haha), or apropriate (regarding the behaviour in a given circumstance, according to some people, like parents).
